The Wildebeest's Review of Go! Magazine - Issue 88
Firstly, I love the letter on page 16 about a tour bus being stuck on the Swartberg Pass! Apparently, the driver was just following his GPS. I have a similar experience where I gave the bus driver a route to follow which included a narrow bridge and a low clearance tunnel. Getting that bus turned around wasn’t easy. And I can’t blame GPS for the situation.
Moving on to more serious matters the interview with Bruce Leslie is fascinating. He has been fighting rhino poachers in Kruger National Park. Hats off to the brave men and women like Bruce.
Ithala Game Reserve is very picturesque, and I enjoyed the article on it. There are not many game reserves with the scenery they have and the variety of game. It’s well worth a visit and this article give you all the info that you need.
Travelling to the Kaokoland must be a special and rewarding experience judging from the article on such a trip. The accompanying photos are fantastic as well.
There’s plenty more in the mag but that wraps up my review.
