Welcome to 2020! I hope that your year is filled with enjoyable travels and new friendships. So, where does the January issue of go! Magazine suggest that we go?

The main article is on hiking 100 km in the Namib, to nowhere in particular, may not be everyone’s idea of a holiday, but all of us can enjoy reading it and marvelling at the beautiful images. A trip to the splendour of the Outeniqua Mountains may be more popular. I suggest that you visit this area in 2020 and use this article as a reference. I am sure that you will have a rewarding trip.

What an incredible gallery of pictures are featured in “Tales from the bush.” The photos were taken by Hannes Lochner, and they make me very jealous and aware of my photographic skills!

The last article that I would like to mention is the one on the new trail in the Schaap River Canyon in Namaqualand. It is a two-day trail an takes you to some beautiful locations.
