The Wildebeest's Review of "African Wildlife - Vol 37 No 1"
The De Hoop Nature Reserve is the main focus of this issue of African Wildlife. In fact, if you had some issue with De Hoop then you may as not read this magazine.
If you skim through the contents page you will see articles such as “De Hoop and Armscor”, “The 1957 flood at De Hoop”, “The Damara Tern at De Hoop” and much more. They do make for a diverse look at this important area and the articles are accompanied by some beautiful photos. I enjoyed the article on the breeding colony of Cape Vultures at the Potberg Vulture Colony.
