The Wildebeest's Review of "Wild Magazine - Issue 28"
The photo on the cover of the Spring 2014 issue of Wild magazine is absolutely amazing! The cover asks if there are too many male lions in the Kgalagadi and I would have to so “no” so that we can keep getting stunning Lion photos.
The magazine includes a fabulous article on the Karoo National Park. The article is illustrated with some great photos of everything from a fossil of an ancient predator to trekboere with the fruits of a hunt to a photo of a Quagga.
Apparently, the number of lions in the Kgalagadi has crashed and a two-year research project has been started to investigate the cause. Once again there are some great photo – this time they feature newborn mammals, and they are bound to put a smile on your face.
As usual this is another first-class edition of this great magazine. Well done Wild team.
