The Wildebeest's Review of "Kruger Park Guide and Map"

Every couple of years I buy the latest map book when visiting Kruger National Park. I know the park well and could easily find my way around it, but I love these map books. Besides the maps they provide interesting snippets of information about the flora and fauna as well as the rest camps.
This particular “Kruger Park Guide and Map” is a bit different as it highlights some of the best places for photographers to try and get their dream shot. The text that accompanies the maps picks out good roads for photography and gives advice on the best time of day to do the route. An example of this is an “Evening drive” on the S50 “past Kanniedood Dam to Dipeni Outpost.
A bonus in this map book is a fold out page with a map of the Limpopo National Mozambique. If you have a passport and a lot of time on your hands, then why not try a visit to our eastern neighbour.
