There are a few different accommodation options available including various huts and camping facilities. The reserve also caters for weddings and other functions. Day visitors are also welcome.

There is a wide variety of animals to be seen at Ezemvelo Nature Reserve including Eland, Black Wildebeest, Springbok, Black-backed Jackal and Waterbuck. Game drives, including night drives, are available.

Numerous species of birds have also been recorded. Some of the birds that may be seen include Blue Crane, Secretarybird, White-fronted Bee-eater, Woodland Kingfisher, Cape Longclaw and Ostrich

Would you recommend Ezemvelo to others?

The Wildebeest advises that the 22 km stretch of road from Bronkhorstspruit to Ezemvelo Nature Reserve is very corrugated at times!
