The Wildebeest's Review of Wild Magazine - Issue 13

The Wildebeest reviewing a book

Some may consider 13 to be an unlucky number but I say if you have your copy of issue 13 of Wild then you are in luck. Another enjoyable issue of this great magazine.

The first article that catches my eye is by Ruda Landman, one of my favourite TV presenters, at Nselweni camp in iMfolozi Game Reserve. It is a great story about getting away from Johannesburg and into “The Wild.”

The article on animal behaviour explores species that mate for life, and some of those that don’t. This is a topic that fascinates me, and I really enjoyed it. This article is followed by one on Cape Point which features some great photography.

There is lots more of interest in this issue including articles on translocation, zebras, Addo and Mokala.
